Downtown after dark

The good people of Vermillion, South Dakota are putting on a benefit concert Tuesday, September 27 for the victims of hurricane Katrina. Local artists will display works for sale and donating the proceeds to the cause. The music will be based outside on the corner of Main and Market. The festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. and everyone is welcome. The entertainment lineup includes Brian Adams, Rolf Olson Jazz Band, and Mark Winegar with Cindy Gehm & Bruce Gray. There will also be jugglers and mimes. All proceeds will be given to the American Red Cross.
